He has extensive knowledge of site development and plan review, due diligence research and packaging of entitlements, including zoning and land use regulation analysis, preparation of reports, and the ability to do technical research relative to land use and comprehensive planning. Mr. Osborn offers excellent communication and presentation skills needed to disseminate information to various stakeholders including: public officials, regional groups, community members, and governmental agencies.

His experience includes both public and private sector land planning and project management activities at the city and county level.
