REPRESENTATIVE EXPERIENCE:

Using knowledge gained from many project experiences, Mr. Tuttle assists clients with the planning and permitting of land use and mineral resource developments. He crafts project goals and implementation strategies based on the client's business objectives and timetable.

Mr. Tuttle's responsibilities include property use evaluations, permitting strategies, public presentations, project management, client coordination, land planning, due diligence, and production of permit applications. He has technical expertise in site design, mine reclamation, property acquisition and land use regulations. In addition, he has background in transportation, drainage and water rights.

Contributing to his excellent relationships with elected officials and government agencies, Mr. Tuttle performs volunteer work on community service boards and projects.
