REPRESENTATIVE EXPERIENCE:

Mr. Banks is responsible for project management and technical activities for permitting at local and state levels, environmental site assessments and a broad range of environmental and regulatory compliance projects. He specializes in permitting strategies, permitting feasibility studies, public information meetings, regulatory agency negotiations and coordinating multiple specialized subconsultants for successful permitting of projects throughout Colorado. He also has conducted numerous geologic, hydrogeologic, and regulatory compliance investigations.
